The larger two bedroom, two bath is an ideal roommate layout. Share your rental with a co-worker, friend or both! With bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit, and a common area between, you are able to retreat to your own private area after a long day or enjoy company in your living room, dining, and kitchen.

Our three bedroom, two bath is great for either roommates or a family. The rooms are large and spacious. As with the other plans, residents appreciate the brand-new building with efficient appliances, central air conditioning, porches and in-unit washer and dryer.
